60 minPractical AI literacy with zero jargon. Learn to use generative AI tools for writing, research, preparation, and personal productivity — hosted by co-founders who use these tools professionally every day.
Interview Preparation
60 minDedicated to high-stakes performance — whether that is a contest, a job interview, a boardroom pitch, or a keynote. Practice rounds, real-time feedback, and peer coaching.

Quarterly Educational Summits
Once every three months, we host an online event or summit — featuring guest speakers from outside the community. Members attend free.
Accelerator Programmes
Short-burst programmes (4–8 weeks, one session per week) hosted by the founders. Topics range from public speaking intensives to leadership development and mastermind groups. Members always get first access.
One-to-One Coaching
Personalised coaching sessions directly with the co-founders — for speech preparation, leadership development, professional communication, or career growth.

25+ years in financial services, governance, and client engagement. A UK Chartered Secretary and active Toastmaster for over 13 years, Roshan's sweet spots are impromptu speaking and feedback that actually lands. He is the kind of mentor people come back to.
Abdool Sariff Mungralee
Expert Statistician & Educator
Three decades in public service. Distinguished Toastmaster — twice. As Division Director for Division F, Sariff was named Best Division Director of District 129 and chartered five new clubs in seven months. When he talks about sustainable growth, he has built it.
Krishn Ramchurn
Digital Strategist | Corporate Coach
Three Times Distinguished Toastmaster, speech contest winner at national and international levels, John Maxwell-certified coach, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Krishn operates at the intersection of corporate strategy and human communication. He is also the founder of Lead and Communicate. At The Voice Lab, Krishn brings the architecture: the systems, the structure, and the drive.
